Oooh, the intrigue is so frustrating. More mystery is revealed but we're getting a little closer to what is lurking behind Derek Block and why he's set his sights firmly on revenge by hunting down Randy White.
This continues to be a steamy read and now we have the added addition of a love revealed but quickly spurned as Frankie comes face with Derek's past and questions if she can trust him enough to have a future with him.
This is another fast paced and quick instalment but we're finally starting to get more out of the story, other than the developing relationship between Frankie and Derek. Ideally, I would have preferred to read this story as a single book rather than in episodes as I feel that some of the emotion and intensity has been lost as you try to remember what happened in the last instalment before delving into the next. However, this is an enjoyable read and one I will definitely see through to its conclusion.
