Despite being initially hesitant to read this story, even though I'm a fan of the author, I took a chance on the book, via KU, and I wasn't disappointed!
The story was, as expected, extremely hot and sexy but it also had an edginess to it which made the darkness more intriguing. Fix, as expected, stole the story - now there's a thought-provoking character! His connection with Sera was bristling with steaminess and endless possibilities - one taste was never going to be enough for either of them.
The ending was completely unexpected and left me completely stunned. This was another extremely well-written story by Callie Hart and I should never have doubted her ability to draw me into her books. I will definitely read on in this series.
