Burn Burn by Callie Hart
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Hmmmm, Zeth is almost human in this one, God I love that man!!!! He's cocky, he's arrogant, he's more than an alpha male, he's more than a caveman, he's simply..... ZETH!!!!

"Have you seen me, sweetheart? I look like a fucking Abercrombie and Fitch model." Oh, the smug, smug bastard. "No you don't! You look like a fucking criminal. And you are a fucking criminal." "A criminal who models for Abercrombie and Fitch?"
Obviously, Burn picks up after the Fractured cliffie with Zeth and Sloane brought together inside Julio Perez's house after Sloane ran for her life along with Lacey who she's left in her father's care.

Sloane has found herself fleeing from one terrifying experience though right into another one but with Zeth at her side she can only hope that they will find her sister and escape from Julio's house.

For me, Burn is the best book so far in the series. It was nice to just spend time getting to know more about Sloane and Zeth and finally getting to see behind Zeth's hard-man persona.

Sloane is simply helpless against Zeth's "charms" and assumes that Zeth only wants her in his life for one thing (which let's face it, who wouldn't want to just fcuk Zeth when he drops by unannounced) but is she mistaken and does this enigma of a man want more than fleeting, but extremely hot and passionate, times together?
I'm not just beer drunk on him. I'm fucking tequila drunk. Sideways. Gone. Blind with how badly I need him. Want him.
This book introduces the reader to Rebel once again and I must admit that I had to refresh my memory where this character is concerned. The ending sets the scene nicely though for more on this MC Pres. Who the fook would have thought we'd have ended going up in the MC club direction with this series, not me that for sure, but thank the Gods for Rebel.

This series is simply amazing and it's just getting better and better. This story flowed so well and I read it pretty much non-stop to see what happens next in Sloane and Zeth's lives. I was glad that Callie gave us an extra chapter at the end of Burn because the cliffie it finished on would have driven me insane, as it is now, she has just whet our appetites for more!
