My rating: 4 of 5 stars
I know I've been a bit critical over the first two books, and I still don't really like how short these stories are, but that said, this one is so much better and I finally feel that there is a story developing here.
I love the premise to these stories and Mac and Matt are really exciting characters but up to now there has not been much substance to their story. I suspect that this is mainly due to the length of these books and that if you were to read them altogether you would have a much better reading experience.
As before, I read Violation in about 45 mins and again, just as the story was getting good it ended. If I could contain myself, I would probably wait and read all the books together once they had all been published but I can't so I really only have myself to blame. I will definitely read them all again at the end though to see how the story flows reading them consecutively without a 2 week gap in between.
I love that Matt is starting to lose his edginess and that Mac is breaking down his walls. These two characters have a delicious relationship and I can't wait to read more.
